Boho Grand, Fortitudo

We completed a series of images for this landmark 24 storey development in the town centre of Bournemouth to assist in the planning process. The plans for this £200million proposal were approved back in February 2023 and include 500 residential apartments in addition to a 104 bed hotel, nightclub, boutique cinema, indoor bowling, restaurants and a skybar.
