Tregonwell Road, Amirez Developments

Located in the centre of Bournemouth, Amirez Developments were looking to improve on the current extant permission of 54 apartments with their new scheme of 68 apartments. They approached Make Believe to create high-quality computer-generated images (CGI) that could be used as part of their application for planning permission.

The development was set in a sunny spot, so we wanted to capture the clean, green formality of the town dwelling. Our combination of computer-generated imagery and photography ensured an accurate photorealistic visual that helps sell the idea before construction begins.
