OUR PROCESS

At the start of every project, it is really important that we sit down with our clients and explain the process of how we work, our workflow and the creative process behind it. Years of experience have shown us that a lack of communication leads to unexpected results and unwanted costs. To ensure that our clients have the best possible experience, we start every project by laying out our communication process and asking for feedback from each individual who's involved in the project. This enables us to deliver your project efficiently, professionally and exactly to your brief.

Communication process

  • Tell us your idea and we’ll help you bring it to life. Whether you already have a direction in mind or you haven't even begun to consider the end result, we can make it happen. We’ll listen and ask questions to get to know what you want to achieve and help you develop your ideas as they evolve into a plan of action. Once you've outlined your goals, we'll put together a plan that attracts the right customers to your product.

    • What's the end goal?

    • When do you need it for?

    • Who is it for?

    • How many images do you need?

    • Are there any plans/drawings or sketches available?

    • Is there a 3D model available?

  • Once we've gathered all the information we need for the project, we’ll take the time to understand your needs and explore different avenues for execution to deliver you creative solutions, that are both beautiful and practical.

  • The visualisation process will be ready to begin once we have reviewed all your information and the quotation and timeframe has been accepted.

Creative process

  • White clay views

We will study the best and most attractive camera angles and provide you with a collection of white clay views or a story board for your review and sign off.

  • First drafts

We will create low resolution renders, testing materials, mood, staging and lighting conditions. These drafts are used to review with the client to make any necessary adjustments to our images based on the clients feedback.

  • Final delivery

After receiving feedback from all parties from the first drafts we will make any necessary revisions and final adjustments. This is where we bring all the elements of your project together, enhance the stills/frames and make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Once the project has been through some post production and final colour grading we supply the client with final high resolution imagery that can be used across multiple channels to ensure you get maximum exposure.
